Return & Exchange Policy

At PixelFex, we want you to love what hangs on your wall. If something isn't right, we're here to help make it right.

The fastest way to start a return, exchange, or resolve any issue is WhatsApp: +91-6239-40-8964. You can also email contact@pixelfex.com. Just message us with your order number — and a photo if the item arrived damaged — and we'll guide you through the next steps.

7-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items — no questions asked. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • A non-custom, ready-made product from our standard collections

Simply message us on WhatsApp within the 7-day window to begin.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or design instead of a refund? We're happy to arrange an exchange on eligible standard items within the same 7-day window, subject to availability. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and what you'd like to swap to, and we'll sort out the details. Any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom commissions and personalized artwork are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or differ materially from your approved proof. This is standard for made-to-order goods and is disclosed here clearly before purchase. If your custom piece arrives with a defect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll reprint or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a printing/manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Include clear photos of the item and the packaging.
  3. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How Refunds Work

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the item was damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

  • For damaged/defective items or our error: we cover return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns or exchanges on eligible standard items: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/personalized artwork (except damage/defect, as above)
  • Final-sale or clearance items marked as such
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items not in original, resalable condition

Order Cancellations

You may cancel a standard order before it ships. Custom orders can only be cancelled before production begins, as work starts shortly after your proof is approved. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
